Business Mentoring

The business mentoring service is aimed at young people and potential entrepreneurs (of all ages) as well as experienced individuals in full time employment.

It utilises internal RTC North staff and external associates who are willing to contribute their time to developing enterprise skills in others. 

In general, mentoring is offered free of charge to the client or at low cost by personally motivated advisors or potential investors. However, some mentoring cases are expected to progress to the government funded ‘High Growth Coaching’  programme.

By registering as part of this mentoring service you confirm that you will attend an induction meeting, submit to a monitoring process and adhere to the principles within RTC North’s code of conduct prepared for external mentors and coaches as detailed on the web-site and outlined during the induction process.
