company performance.

An expert team of experienced business coaches has been assembled to enable business owners to grow their businesses through improved financial performance, innovation, fund raising, motivation and marketing skills.

This service is a partnership between private enterprise and government, led by a heavyweight team of proven business growth experts working with The Department for Business Innovation & Skills (BIS).

Business Coaching for Growth is a partnership between four leading business growth specialists and government and is targeted to deliver growth.

Eligibilty

Can any business sign up for Business Coaching for Growth? Coaching experts can only help to grow businesses that are prepared to commit time and energy and we will assess that your business is in good shape for the journey.

What types of businesses qualify?

Business Coaching for Growth is designed for expanding, independent businesses currently trading in England. Whether a start-up, a micro-business with fewer than ten staff, or an established business of up to 250 staff, businesses qualify to apply for Business Coaching for Growth if they have the potential and ambition to achieve a year on year business growth of at least 20%.

What next?

It’s easy – just register the business with us and one of our Account Managers will contact you to work through your business activities and markets, aims and ambitions with you. Our Account Management team will also run the business through our GROWTHmapper® tool to identify any potential barriers to high growth rates in the business – step one to eliminating obstacles to growth.

Then, once accepted on to Business Coaching for Growth, we’ll jointly draw up with you a bespoke Growth Plan, and assign the best coach to guide you towards delivering it.
